- Payment terms:
50% Deposit with purchase order
Balance due prior to delivery
Applicable state tax for state of New York purchases except if:
1.
Tax resale ID is submitted with deposit;
2.
The job qualifies as a capital improvement

- Freight:
FOB Brooklyn, New York
|
- Lead-time:
Varies dependent on project scope. Commencement of project definition
is from time of receipt of deposit and signed approval of quote
and related drawings.

- Cancellations and Returns:
Since all products are made to order, NO cancellations
and/or returns are allowed.
|
- Deposit Check: Should be made payable to: METALMAN, INC.
*NOTE
Possible delays in delivery shall not result in cancellation of
an order, charge
backs, penalties, overtime costs or claims for damages.

Changes made after the acceptance of the quote
WILL affect price and lead-time.
